Established in July 2021, Hydn Cheese was created to bring more cheese options to the community. We wanted to help families enjoy a meal together, with simple options for little ones and more diverse options for Moms and Dads.

With a family ourselves, the entire concept of Hydn Cheese is based around our children - we named the business after our son, Hydn (think hide-n-seek). We named our sandwiches after our daughter, Kyra (her middle name is Jo).
