Hydn Cheese is 100% woman owned. Amber has been in the restaurant industry for 10+ years. Amber loves to schedule fun events, create beautiful flyers and social media engagment post, and run the Hydn Cheese Café. Her favorite sandwich is the Cali Jo and her favorite soup is Loaded Baked Potato.

As our culinary creator, Tim is the mastermind behind all the fun sandwich creations and delicious home-made soups. He has been in the restaurant business for 20+ years and loves the industry. Tim runs all our pop-up events and farmers markets. His favorite sandwich is the Cali Jo and his favorite soup is the Asparagus Bacon & Gouda.

The reason Hydn Cheese exist, Kyra and Hydn love our small family business. Kyra helps run the Hydn Cheese Café on Sundays. Her favorite sandwich is the Classic Jo and her favorite soup is the Six Cheese Broccoli. Hydn loves to sport his Hydn Cheese apparel every chance he gets.
